Ordered walking boots on Saturday, arrived on the Monday, a day earlier than expected. Excellent service.

Ordered came on time but the coat was different to the picture on their website. Customer services could not explain why this was. Did offer to refund but I won’t be buying from them again.

I ordered trainers on the 26th December and on confirmation of order was told to expect between 9th and 12th January, which seemed like a while but was Christmas and New Year. On 12th January around 4pm I emailed the company to ask for an update on the status of the order, having had no contact since the 26th December and no information re packaged/dispatch/or from courier. The asked me to wait until the end of the day on the 12th (8pm) and ask again. I did so. I was then told them would launch an investigation which would take 3 working days. I was then told it would be the 19th January before they could provide me with an update on the status of order - an update - a week after it was supposed to be delivered? It is now the 21st and I still don't know if my trainers have even been packaged and left the warehouse. I expect they haven't been dispatched or have been lost but it seems bizarre to have to wait so long to find out. They won't let me cancel the order so I can't order from somewhere else. Just stuck waiting almost a month for some trainers. Very annoying. Customer service is very poor and I would never order from here again.

Shocking! Ordered several bikinis and so far had two deliveries of random bottoms. You can’t really buy a bikini without the top and the bottom! By the time I have both parts of a set it will be too late!

I've had no problems with delivery I get a time slot and get my parcels in that time slot

I ordered shoes, they were supposed to be delivered by Hermes. Hermes left the parcel outside my front door while I was out and when I returned the parcel wasn't there. I complained to Look Again, explaining the issue, and they replied stating that the items were delivered rather than chasing it up with Hermes. So I am down £65 and have no trainers, leaving me to communicate with Hermes. VERY POOR
